NextUs Podcast

A life worth living,
a future worth building.

That's what this show is about.

Since 2015, long-form conversations about navigating a life and a future worth building — at the scale of one person, and at the scale of what we're all making together. Guests who are doing real work: in their own lives, in their domains, in the world. Conversations that go somewhere.

Not motivation. Not performance hacks. Not inspiration that evaporates by Thursday.

Navigation. The kind that stays with you.

Ten years. Two sign-offs. One inquiry.

The show began in 2015 as the Life Athletics Podcast — conversations about living well, performing well, building a life you'd actually want to inhabit. 200+ episodes over five years. Guests from across the world. Every conversation anchored in one invitation:

It's your life. It's your game. Level up.

That work mattered. It still does. The archive is here.

Then the lens widened.

The individual question — how do I navigate my life well? — didn't disappear. It expanded. Into a larger question: what kind of future are we actually building, and what does it ask of each of us to build it well?

The show became NextUs. Not a rebrand. An evolution. The same inquiry, at a larger scale.

The sign-off changed too:

A life worth living, a future worth building.

Why the silence.

The show is back. The archive is intact. And the next chapter is already in motion.

222 episodes. One continuous inquiry.
